Winchman turns his Z into a DD and takes it to the track.... (with pic and times)
every morning when he goes for a walk and climbs the bleacher steps.
Best time so far is 3:40 for the quarter mile, and 4:00 for eight round trips on the steps.
Bonus points if you can spot the minor appearance mod I made.

The appearance mod is a Z (or N) on the right front brake caliper. Just playing around with a marking pen.
The roof antenna is for the XM satellite radio.
I take my '00 Silverado to the welding shop, and I was walking on the track at lunchtime when the weather was cooler. Now I'm getting up before dawn to walk before it gets hot.
I really enjoy driving the Z first thing in the morning every day.

^^^ The "Z" on the brake caliper is classic.......classic FAIL. Please take the pic off before you get flamed 
ALSO, "Under 3000rpms for 3000 miles...and counting" as per your description, please sell the Z and get a Honda, V-Tech kicks in at around 3300 rpm so you would not have to worry about it.

^^^^^^^^^^What he said. Looks like graffiti on a brake caliper. Besides, it is indiscernible in the photo to begin with and the whole bonus points thing reminds me of Wheres Waldo or something. What would we do with the bonus points anyway - are they good for something?
