Turned 92,000 miles... The Bikinis are gone from the beach, so too are most of the leaves now... Ample parking available this time of year.

 

Didn't get a lot of seat time this summer (1000 miles) and ZERO autox events. I'm going to get even less until May/19

 

It's current state minus the carbon trunk now. Haven't snapped any photos yet.

 

 

Ho ho ho grinch grinch grinch.... time for my annual "unsuccessful night shot on my phone cam cuz I'm too lazy to pull out my SLR & tripod but still love my car with Christmas lights on".


Pretty much the same as last year. Only difference....Christmas wheels and the tree got a big haircut. Otherwise, same old decorations.

I roll the van daily! My "sporty" cars barely hit 3k miles/year. After 14 years on the Z, only 38k on the odo. The stand belongs to my neighbor's girlfriend.

Made some progress, added livery and completed maintenance even though the bike only has 1k on the odometer. Still refurbishing parts etc, cleaning/polishing every piece I can including nuts and bolts.

 

 

Y'know you've got the fever bad when a trip to the post office - after not driving the car for weeks - causes one to turn around and look at it one more time on the way in to drop off a package.


Then ya come back and even though the lighting sux, one hauls out the phone and takes a pic. Heh heh.

Funny thought, anyone witnessing the scene must believe I think it makes me "look cool" or something when it's not like that at all. I just love my car and I take a pic of it much in the same manner I take pics of my wife and family.
