yea I get pulled over just for driving sometime and they make up excess like oh your left tire was over the middle lane while you turned right at the light. I get tickets for speed going 4 over

Where is the track-build plan?

Sounds like a lot of bad luck in your area. Luckily, I've never gotten pulled over while driving my Z in the bay area.
