dudes car above me is so damn clean...
but anyway, yea thats what i figure i should be doing right now, so far the only real settings i have changed is the picture quality to fine, kept the iso on auto, and active D lighting is on, other then then, i only really change the shutter and f stop to suit what i am shooting...like falling water vs a still photo (fast shutter vs slow)...my wife loves how all my hobbys are so damn expensive, cant help it!haha

Cool idea for a pic, but you should find darker backgrounds to show off your car. I have silver as well and find it blends in too much to concrete, etc. Or shoot that at night using a flash to light the silver.

But it all depends on what you're going for. I believe the DG still pops tremendously even with the light background.

Nice HDR shots Nismo. And the shot above is pretty slick as well. White on the black with a side light.
Funny how some shots like that are all about the lighting and shutter speed.
With a good tripod, you start screwing around you get some cool shots.
