Bober'z 08 350z Thread

On another note I have some updates, front drivers fender is now done and awaiting body work! Meaning the only metal work left is the Drivers side rear quarter Also body work has begun with the Passenger side rear quarters. I did forget to grab a picture of the front bumper which has been widened to fit to the new fenders and it came out great. I'll have to get a shot of it sometime this week. Now for some pics:
I also forgot we made the slit for my rear tow strap:
Hope you guys enjoy and I'll be sure to post some more pics when I get them!

I just NEVER understood things like this
Trying to say this delicately. WHY spend all that time, work & money on a N/A car that I assume is just a street car????
For all that money spent, you could have bought a 2015 Z and had TWO cars ?????

Cars done lol, just haven't updated the thread. Posted a couple pics in the way your car sits now thread.... With all this interest ill sit down and go through everything very soon so any one who cares can see everything start to finish
What's the car being N/A have to do anything with? And to answer your question, I've loved the 350z every since it came out in late 02, and when I went to buy my 08 I test drove a 370z and wasn't too impressed. Now that this car is paid for (and has been for a long time) I dont see any reason to get rid of it. I've had a daily for 3 out of the 4 years I've owned it, so the car only has 33k on it. Going back to the N/A thing, eventually it will be boosted, but I'm not ready financially to take that leap nor do I want to at this moment. My car was in the shop for basically all of a year, making me miss the summer shows around here which I don't want to go through again for a couple years. Hope that answers your question.

I got a very sick feeling in my stomach looking at post 42 with that rear quarter cut out. God you have some *****. and now you have a truly unique al metal widebody Z... I'm jealous, even if I could never fathom cutting out a perfectly good quarter panel. Post some updated shots!
