The cheapest new house in that area is a million dollars base price. If you want to actually have a nice house, you have to spend another 50,000 (atleast) and then comes landscaping. You seem to be pretty uneducated when it comes to real estate/construction. (and cars!)

Uh... thats not a plantation house and that lambo is a 2004 with 1000 miles on it.

I didnt mean to hurt your feelings, your house would probably only be 750k in san diego, because the layout looks so unbalanced, look at my house its balanced in layout, I didnt mean your car was old, I meant OLE......try not to get your panties bunched up I said your house was nice......just lacks character IMO. Hey Reg no hard feeling, I just wanted your opion, im living in a 6100sq house and was thinking about selling for 2.5 to move into a house that is 6500sq, here is a preliminary of the model they are building that im contemplating

Looks like the house will be beautufl Reg. Personally I like the style of yours better Reggi. I guess it all comes down to personal taste. Bigern's is nice, in that hey look at me, the entrance to my house looks like a hotel lobby, did I mention I have ties to baseball, kind of nice. And no, I don't live in a palace, don't have ties to baseball (although I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express) but am more than happy w/ my huble abode. Built it (or rather had it built) last year.
Keep us posted with updates on how it goes.

by the way...a house isn't always more money because it is balanced. but, you have a really nice house....but, it's not my style.
how can you tell a house doesn't have character when it's just the frame? i bet you can tell what color it's going to be and what type of landscaping he's going to have out front...right?
