Travis, I wish I could've run you today. I wanted to see how our cars would do against each other. From the dyno charts, I have more whp and tq at all rpms, but I know from experience that dyno's don't mean **** in real life. Plus, this would also tell you how much the headers are helping you.

Nick, what gear did you start in? I was in 3rd and when you gestured 5-0, I thought you meant cops. Then you took off. I think you were in 2nd, which explains why you had me at your rear bumper initially, even though I went right after you.

I think you should keep it stock and install the new headers after Drag Race day. So the next time you see me or go to Ennis again, you'll see the difference it made. Or you can always redyno and imagine the hypothetical outcome.

I almost got those headers with my TPs.. but with the money from the exhaust, I also bought a headunit, so I couldn't justify spending more money. Hopefully they give you good gains. And yes, hypothetical outcome.

I think i started out in 2nd also, don't remember. I would blip it once and then go so that we could try to get an even start, then i was nervous and hit the limiter a couple times, i was pretty upset about it but laughed it off. I am real excited for Ennis, dying to see if i can get into the mid 13's...actually i just hope i can get a decent launch and that the Rogue SS isn't as hard to get into 2nd as people say it is...i have been into 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th many times now b/c of today, well only 6th a couple times. My ave MPG only went down 2 tenths from all that too.

Well, we need to hang out more often...maybe make a run down to waco and back. <--did that one night with about 15 supras after the Starbucks meet over off of McArthur/635 back when those were happening, that was really fun.

Yeah, you laughed it off. It's alright though. You win some, you lose some. And let me tell you this - don't expect anything lower than 13.8. If/when you don't get lower, you just feel disappointed. I'll just be happy if my times are similar to before.

I don't think the short shifters help much. Our cars already have a pretty short throw and I do fine on the track powershifting with stock (when I do powershift).

Also, we could do something like this next Saturday. If people want to, that is..
