It would help to be in the right forum.. moved.

I hope you do better this time than last time. Just try different methods of launching and shifting. You'll soon find out what works and what doesn't work for you.

Good luck and remember to post the time slips.

What do you mean? Silvrhand's still here. And no, I'm not a programmer. I took a few classes on C++ and Java a while back though.

Did you only get 5 runs in?

You have much room for improvement in all areas, but your 3rd run seems to be decent. Just keep practicing and you'll begin to see improvement and consistency, hopefully.

BTW, try to keep the times in their original format (vertical), as that makes it easier to read and differentiate.

Maybe you should come to TX Motorplex, which is where I run. My track's a slower track than yours, but you'll definitely get more than 5 runs in. There are lots of interesting cars that run there also. And if you come, then I could also help you get better.

Hey thanks. That sounds like a plan. I'd love to come.

I'll check that thread now.

If I hadn't missed 2nd gear that would have been my best time - I think.
My leg moves faster than my hand, LOL. I'm still nervous. I had a wreck back in september and the throttle stuck on me. I know - I know, no one believes me, especiall y Nissan. They sent a guy down from LA to check it. That still sits in my mind. I'm so lucky that no one was or got hurt.

Thanks for your support. All I need now is a date and time to come up there...
