Todd, at first, I thought this was the top 25 list thread when I saw you on here. I'm glad you remembered bumping each other off for friendly competition on the ranks. BTW, I wish I could get a 13.2 or lower, but with the weather we've been having the past month, I highly doubt it. I'll try though. Just watch for my times this Fall/Winter.

Nick, nobody had me when I was on streets (Vic was the closest with a 13.6). Now that I'm on slicks, it'll be impossible as most haven't even broke 13.5. Any challengers? (Come on, take me down already!)

Vic, we should go NA vs NA again. Races with you were the closest. Also, n2o vs n2o will happen shortly after I get into 12s (this fall/winter, hopefully).

Travis, here's a link to my best street tire times. They were all from the same night, all back to back within 1-3 of minutes from each other. I was hotlapping.

Yeah, the weather is just too warm and humid up here as well. I went out this past Friday night and only was able to run a 13.4 at 102mph. I will be glad when it cools down alittle.

Also, im glad to see you trying to get people together to add sometimes to the list. I want to see it move around more. Make it more interesting.

Im still coming for ya

Might have to throw the bottle on later aswell, try something different. Need a 12 second NA pass first though

TX Z guys don't really seem to give a **** about anything, for the most part. They don't even show up to the meets. They do like cruising, though. I've been trying to get these guys to show up for so long, I just gave up recently. GolfinZ and walkert show up half the time, so at least I got them 2.

And what I quoted above is exactly what I'm doing. I should be doing 12s, as the 13.2 was without my exhaust system and my 60' was only a mere 1.896s. As soon as I can get that down to 1.7xx along with good condition, I should be doing 12.8/9 with the current set-up. I can't wait until I start going for the N2O's top time.

I will have to give Chris props...our cars are/were dead even on the street, but he was 4 10ths faster on the track. I am not one to make excuses...but it is hard to launch a tilton.

Yep, comes down to the 60ft time. Get that down and down comes the 1/4 time. I think we both have the shifting skillz. Just need to work on the launching skillz.

Looks like your track is 500ft above sea lvl and mine is 535ft above. So you do have the advantage there LOL

Good luck

Later
Todd

Thanks, Nick. And as for your tilton, I can imagine the difficulty trying to keep the damn thing at a steady RPM.

Travis, your 13.6 was slower. You lose. Fine, fine.. Travis, too.

I'll take the "disadvantage of ~30' of elevation" over the "disadvantage of horrible climate + bad track prep" any day. I'll trade ya.

Being on the racing list and not racing/coming = instant super-perma-ipban. Don't think I won't.

If it rains and stops how long would it have to go with out rain before the track would be OK?

Do you think the track is already a wash because of all the rain over the last couple day?
