Time - Not set in stone, but its looking to be maybe about 9am to show up and get started.

Date is about 90%, the guy that owns the dyno needs to check with the wife to make sure its totally clear that day LOL

Time: is 100% we start at 9:00AM till Done

Serving Lunch from 10:00AM to 1:00PM
