With as many cars as we are thinking we will have up there we need to start in the A.M.

But we do not have our final list yet with the event still being about 6 weeks away anyway.

SS put me down for dyno day....I'll be there with an 05 redline Z and a red/blk NSX....Will dyno the NSX but not the Z right now...need to meet Dan and get started on the Z mods....Also plan on making the 19th in GV...hope to meet some new folks out there...sounds like alot of no shows in the past... If I say Im in...take it to the bank...I'll be there.

I hate to do this but I am going to have to put the dyno day on hold for a bit. I wanted to talk to everyone and let you know I was totally committed to this event.

The problem is the owner of the dyno has been jerking me around for some time now. He agreed to the dyno day initially, then a few weeks ago he said he could not do it on the day we had scheduled. OK... so my next question to him is what day can we do it? I have been calling, and waiting for an answer… If a new date was needed I wanted to make damn sure he would honor it before I go posting something. Well it seems this guy doesn’t want to host this event even though I offered my own people to help, offered to pay for food and drinks and bring him like 15-20 people. I just don’t get it

I guess I should have known this was coming. Trusting other people to do the right thing in this business is difficult sometimes. What I am going to do is get my own dyno (need one anyway since I am tuning) and host my own event in the near future.

Also, while I am here let me say thanks for all the kind words you guys have said about Scarab on this board. My apologies for having to cancel but I can't trust this guy... And the last thing I want is you guys taking time out of your day and there not be a dyno available.

Sorry about this guys. I feel a little on the hook for this since I was trying to get everyone round up for this. I will help Dan set up an event once he gets his running in the near future. Keep the faith guys!

 

hey i am gonna look at the bright side here, gives me a bit more time to add a couple of more mods before i settle in on saving for my turbos.

BUT i do have to say i bet it will be 100x better with Dan doing it, and thats what really counts.
