I'm right there with you man, if that were my kit, I'd be pissed. But you're right, it must be something little since your car feels like it's running right, so hopefully it's a non-issue for you going forward. Hope you get it isolated and fixed quickly so you can come to the drive on the 29th.
It was nice to finally meet you though, and it was great hangin' out with you and everyone else today.

On a good note after I get the rest of my mods done I should be well over 100 more HP then what I put down today so I guess I have something to look forward to.
Hope this pics comes out

quick question guys. I really dont understand this A/F deal. 13.2 is lean right and to high for a FI motor so the lower #'s are better? so mine lowered off after 5k so thats good?
Guess I will park my car to I can get this fixed.

Yes, the number is a representation of the amount of air to fuel, so 13.2 means that the A/F mixture was 13.2:1, or 13.2 parts air, 1 part fuel. The higher the number, the more air there is per given volume of fuel. (i.e. an A/F of 17 would be 17 parts air to 1 part fuel). Lower number=rich, Higher number=lean.
13.2 I think is really lean for an F/I car, (in fact it's in the danger zone for a TT kit, but not sure about your HKS kit) because of the higher cylinder pressures. For an N/A car, I think that range is fine (my car was at either 13.2 or 13.5). Most GReddy TT owners shoot for 11.5 and usually no higher than 12. The point of having more fuel in the cylinder (i.e. a lower A/F number) is that the extra fuel keeps the cylinder cooler.
Looking at your graph, it looks like the only reason your A/F dropped is because they got off the throttle at 5K for whatever reason, but it did not actually "rich-up" under load. I don't know by what RPM the S/C reaches full-boost, but I'll bet you're not at peak HP by 5K rpm.
Unless 13.2 is the target A/F for the kit, it looks to me like you're in need of some tuning, but I am by no means an expert at any of this...

Ok found this. Speadracers 3 with the same set up as me. So I have big problems somewere
Speadracers dyno air temp outside 65

me
HKSw/nismo cat-back: 267.6rwhp@5000rpm/284.4-ft@6300rpm

Hope everyone enjoyed themselves today though, i had a great time thats for sure. Thanks again though for coming out...hope to have another meet maybe spring time...maybe have a further notice this time though...ill throw some things together with the AAM crew. You know the more I think about this the more pi$$ed off I am getting becauce I look at it like this. HKS will not unlock the FCON S to be tuned and this kit is set up for OEM motor right? then why am I running this lean?

Hey Toby,
after the crew over here at AAM looked over your car for a few minutes we realized the install was possible bad, major boost leak most likely on the BOV/Wastegate (whichever the HKS runs), belts are loose, and possible tunning issues....we also noticed after examining your dyno chart....286 lbft of torque at 2k rpms?? if im correct...is alot...you just have major belt slippage and i beleive a boost leak somewhere...bring it by the shop and well take care of you no doubt...
the belts issue happens most of the time with the vortec kits once we install them...we always gotta go back and re-tighten them down after we put a few miles on it...just this past week we did an install for the vortec kit and had to pull the car in atleast 2 times to tighten the belts after tunning it on the dyno. This is why i loved the ATI procharger...bigger blower...belts look mean as hell
and puts out good power with only a 7lb pulley....i beleive i should be hitting 390 or 380 atleast...*crossing my fingers* but we definatley should get that HKS FCON V-pro in your car...we didnt mean to put you on the spot or anything when we whipped it out for you
hehehe just highly recommended it when we saw such #'s like we did today, hope everyone got home safely btw...i know a few people got pulled over for some illegal u-turn ******** on the way to the shop from hooters...but nevertheless a good day, glad everyone came again, thank you

it doesn't make sense, but are you sure that it is running lean? what about a leaky blowoff valve? i know it smelled, but could that be because of the valve or a bad belt? sucks that this is happening already. who did the install? have you tried contacting HKS? best of luck...
