DC are fellas ,
Just wanted some insight as to what are the best options for cats:
I would like to know;
1) expected sound difference (w/aftermarket cat backs)
2) Power gains
3) legality issues
4) installation complications
5) all around rating from a 1-10 ( 1 being crap 10 being holy rat ballz batman!)
Thanks guys I need to get these things ordered and here by Thursday!! Let me know your opnions!

I'm really happy with my Ultimate Racing cats, nice and subdued while cruising (no drone), but once you get on it... you had better hold on! Noticably quicker (probably just in my head), and they sound like a roar at WOT. Got them from Z1 Auto up on LI, if you ordered them today, you might be able to get them by wednesday if they were overnighted... they come from canada
hope this helps!

I have Random Technology High Flow Cats.
1. Sound is deeper and louder. I love the sound when I rev or when I accelerate.
2. HP increase is nice and car feels quicker.
3. Got this from Random Technology site. Under Federal EPA regulation, replacement of original catalytic converters is allowed only if the original converter(s) is missing, or the vehicle has more than 50,000 miles or is at least five years old and the need for a replacement has been established and documented, or a local inspection program has determined the existing converter is in need of replacement.
4. Installed by Evolution Autosports. Took all of an hour.
5. Rated a 10 in my book
Hope this helps

I'd steer clear of test-pipes, don't be afraid of RT cats. You will just have to go easy until your engine is fully warmed. If you get test-pipes I will need to go for a ride. It's going to scream!
