Default I think Browns Arlington Nissan's computer has a grudge against me

2nd time I've been in for service there - first time I called a week ahead to schedule an appt for the tire feathering issue - get there and my appt is nowhere to be found in the computer. They took care of me anyway, so it wasn't a big deal and I just chalked it up to a mistake. However, today it happened again... and this time I made the appt in person and watched the guy put my info into the computer.
I went to the parts dept wed to pick up an oil filter and decided to make an appt to get the tps in my rims calibrated to my car (aftermarket rims w/ tps from the g35 they used to be on). At this point the service guy quotes me $45 for all 4. I get there this morning at 9am and once again they don't have an appt scheduled in their computer - the guy I spoke to on wed is now on vacation. Well they say they can squeeze me in but it is going to cost 87 bucks! I told the guy that was not acceptable and he eventually said he'll do it for the 45 I was quoted. Long story short, I got the tps recalibrated for a total of 43.50 so i'm happy... but wtf is up with their computer system??? they are 2 for 2 for losing my appointments.
