Sighting: West Bound VaBch Blvd 29APR05

I was at a red light on Independence in Virginia Beach when a Daytona Blue Z on 19s I think went by. It looked hot and nicely modded. Is it anyone here?

I couldn't completely identify the wheels since the car was moving, but I thought it had a body kit on it. It could be the one.
