Dynoed Car Today
Went to Dyno Day at the Beach and went ahead and dynoed since it was only $50 for 2 pulls and only put down 223wrhp and 220 tq. My car is a auto, but I thought it would have done alittle better then that. 10 til 4 was there and his Z stock put down 242wrhp and 231tq with stock motor. It did almost what some of the guys put down with intake, exhaust, pulleys, and spacer, sounds like a freak motor to me. There where some other Z's there and acouple older ones two. At least I did better then a guy with a auto 300zTT. He only put down 217wrhp. I had lots of fun and thank the guys at Tiderwater Z club for hosting this awesome event, and the best part is I won a little trophy out of it because I was the only one in my class. I also won a pair of fog lights which will be used for something but not the Z. Heres the dyno paper, you can see that at least my tq curve was nice and flat the whole way:
no worries -- i was pretty unimpressed with my dyno as well 253/228 IIRC... my A/F ratio was 14.5-14.0 most of the way and dipped to 12.5 after 6k... i DEFINITELY need a reflash
Yea I had a pretty good time and was pretty impressed with my numbers considering my car is bone stock. I still can't believe it but like everyone said, I must have a freak motor. I didn't end up getting to Abacus till around 12:30 so I didn't get to see your Kinetix Machupo along with the other Z's that showed up and left. Here is my dyno sheet along with a few shots I took. They came out kind of bright.

"every 6lbs you add to a wheel/tire, you lose 1 hp." according to Zland anyways
