Anyone have an experience with a wheel repair facility. It appears FFX county's road beautification project has put a dent in one of my rims and I need it to be straightened. Has anyone submitted a claim to the DOT and had good luck?

one of the guys on Audiworld was successful in pursuing a pothole claim. Though VDOT denied liability and shifted the blame to a property developer doing construction adjacent to the pothole. Not sure if your situation is similar.
