I'm pretty new to this area still, and I've been doing a lot of work as a contrator locally. I need to start my own corporation/LLC for tax purposes, wondering if anyone here is, or knows a good accountant that can help me out, as the close of the quarter draws near.

wizdumb, I asked a few of our contractors around the office if they used anyone and only one of them came back with a positive reference. You can PM me if you want his info...I'd get with cbrflyer919 first though. It sounds like he's plugged into the field much tighter than I.
