I got my kit painted at Stan's in Newport News. It's right near the intersection of Denbigh Blvd/Jefferson Ave. They do good work in my opinion and at a fraction of the cost you would pay someone else. I got them to paint my old Trial kit, and my new kit. They also painted my friends Greddy kit on his PPW Z.
Just to give you an idea on pricing, they painted my full kit for $400. And the painter is the owner of an older 240Z/280Z and it's in immaculate condition.
Give them a call at 757-877-1100 and talk to Stan. Tell them Randy with the blue 350z told you about them.

I went there and I wasnt impressed. I kinda got the feelin that he really didnt want to do my hood and bumper....so I went elsewhere. He quoted me I believe $500.00 for a bumper and fiberglass hood, and said about 3 days.
Nothing against his shop, but I didnt get them warm and fuzzy when I went

Carrera bodyworks (autoworks?). By far the best in Tidewater. The owner supervises almost all projects and is probably more meticulous than any bodyshop guy i've ever met. Take a look at one of his Porsche 356s and you'll understand. Not cheap, but a beautiful car like yours deserves only the best.

I go to Gloucester & as a matter of fact I am going there on Monday to get my Nismo sideskirt repainted due to a nice curb....I am not sure what he usuall charges but he has been doing it for 40 years & it is still just him @ 1 helper that paints the cars. It is called AL's Bodyshop. It is small & usually takes a week to get in there. If you want to go that far.

I was refered to a place called Al's in Suffolk, but they are closed on the weekends and I have no time during the week due to school. I am going to give him a call today and see if I can cut out early today to go get a quote. I will let you know what he says.
