I will try not to spin soo much and hope to get in the 12's on street tires.
I might even try keeping the TCS on just to see what it does.

My friend is running his evo that day so I'll be free to work the vid camera if you need someone. Unfortunately I won't be running the G since its soooo SLOW hahahaha maybe one day after I go FI.

If you get there early and wait in line, then as soon as the gates open you can clear tech and head right into the lanes. Last time I was able to get 3 runs in quick succession before they started running the lanes by groups.

I figure I can get 4 runs in on pump gas before 10:30. Then fill up on some race gas and wait for the groups to be called. Should be able to get another 2 runs in by 1pm or so. Then I need to pack up and start heading down to Fayetteville.

 

Do not run with VDC on, even a palsy shift into 2nd and 3rd wil get yor engine power cut back. Just b!tch shift for 1-2 if your spinning that bad with VDC OFF!!!

 

Weather says rain from friday all the way through next wed. but if that changes I'll be there! I'll get some video as well

Bam, just leave easy and baby shift through second then get it in third-fourth..Its obvious you will have no traction on street tires lol. VDC will just be ridiculous though..

 

Yea, I should say if the weather is bad I am going to have to skip this (DAMN IT ALL!!!!). I will make a judgment call Friday night, as I will have to be packed by then.

I have a LONG drive to FL and if the weather is going to be bad, I need to get it started ASAP Saturday. I am not even sure they would race if the track is wet. I could see the disasters on slicks.... YIKES..

 

the weather channel just changed the forecast and now its supposed to be dreary and rain all week after thursday bummer.

 

73 on sunday here, and on Friday. Going to try and do my installs either of those days.

They changed it again, it says isolated thuderstorms for saturday and party sunny. Its still wensday so its to early to tell. I won't run but i think i might come watch everyone else.
