Well Abby, just take her for a nice cruise in the scenic part of Maryland, then stop somewhere in Rockville to eat, then swing by the RIO catch a movie, after the movie take a walk around the water, Then take her back to your place for a night cap. Okay drop the night cap for now
Where are you from, where do you want to go and whats your price range?
Best restaurant in the area imho right now is Restaurant Eve in Old Town. Wife and I go there maybe once a month, flat out the best cooking in the city, bar none. Menu is inventive, very romantic place to go. Chef was just named one of the top ten chefs in America by Food and Wine which is a huge deal for a chef in DC to get that honor. Anyway, it gets my vote.

Gravely Point. Cherry blossoms still out? If so, do that. Go eat at PotBelly, isn't fancy but great food.
Another "first date" experience i had was taking her to play paintball.

Damn man $200 you havent even met her. She could be a waste of time-thats mod money for the Z. I agree with Sly-meet a nice bar, have a few drinks and go from there...good case you move on, if she sucks go to the "bathroom" and roll out.
