going out to get some lunch when a cop on the other side of the road does a uturn,im thinking well he goona get me for something,luckily the cop was cool and gave me a warning but he said on his computer i had a pbj from 2004.i havent been given a ticket in over ten years.i was shown on his screen and there it was,so how do i go about getting this corrected.do i go to dmv the court or what.

 

You can go to the MVA in Glen Burnie and request that it be expunged from your record.

Probation before judgment-you get it for 1 year usually after your first traffic offense. Say you get a speeding ticket, its your first one, you get PBJ for one year. If you make it clean through 1 year you dont get the ticket or points, if you *** up, you get your old one autoatically. Even if you had that, its not like you had a warrant out for your arrest, what was the reason he pulled you over? And yes, go to the DMV, pay $12 to have your driving record pulled and see whats up.

 

he said i was going 45 in a 30 which was bs,i know that road and i know where all the radar spots are so i always go right around the speed limit.i really think he liked my new wheels hahaha.
