well if no one saw you do it, no one could testify against you in court, and you would have gotten off anyhow. however you admitted your guilt when he asked you and you said yes. looks like it worked out anyhow..

 

You got a little drunk, then went out in your car and did donuts long enough and close enough to a residential area for 3 homeowners to call the police, and you're pissed that the cop had the "audacity" to question you about it?

I definently don't wish that on anybody no matter the consequences, so I think that is really wrong to say this.

Yeah I know it wasn't a good decision, however, I had those 5-6 beers over 5-6 hours with food so really it wasn't that bad at all. I usually never take my car out when I drink I usually drive with someone else or not drink a lot and take my daily beater out. I definently am responsible when it comes to drinking and driving, I try not to do it at all if given the opportunity.

If I am driving I will not drink anything and if I am drinking I will not drive. Period.
