My new shoes are on the way!!!
Well as you all might remember I was trying to sell my 20" Axis Penta's.
I just sold them yesterday. Now that they are gone, I can honestly say that they look good as hell on my car and the quality finish of the wheel way good for the price. The lip finish wasn't what I was expecting since it was a machine finish not shiny like other wheels (Volk, RH, Piaa). I didn't like the weight, 60 pounds each (w/tire), they created body roll. All though I am sure is an easy fix with sway bars. They also made the car feel a little sluggish. The Nitto 555NT tires look aggressive and bite hard in the dry pavement, in the rain they where flat out garbage as it felt that I was driving a bar of soap. Over all I can’t say Axis Wheels are bad, I didn’t had them long enough to find out if they crack and didn’t want to find out either. Overall, they get a 7/10 in my book.
Wheels gone and shopping for new shoes again, I spend all day yesterday trying to make up my mind on what new shoes my baby was going to get.
Today I made up my mind and order:
Racing Hart Pro J8 in Gunmetal
19x9 19x10.5 with Toyo T1-R

I was told +26. Supposedly that’s the only one for 9.0 f and 10.5 r.
The Pentas were cool looking, but its hard to beat J8s!

That's the new hotness Edwin. I personally like the J5's better, but the J8's are still hot as hell. You're gonna def have to bring it by the house so I can check it out.
