Hey guys! Finally made it here to VA from San Diego. I miss it already, but Im sure Ill get over it. Had a pretty good trip with wifey over here. Kinda nice to know I had a place already. Wasnt like that the last time I came out here Took a few pics on the way, I tried to make good time so I didnt stop for any photoshoots or anything, so theyre mostly on the fly. First one is from the 5N. When I show this to people not from CA they get a kick out of it. "Watch for an illegal family crossing the road". Then theres the infamous nipples, if youve been on a ship off the coast of Pendleton youll know what I mean Then I saw a dinosaur! j/k thats in the Petrified Forest. Then we saw this overturned semi in the median. Would have been nuts to see that, driver was unhurt though. Then there is this wierd place off of the 25N in NM, I didnt want to even stop there to see what it was about! The rest of the trip was a blur. I had a run in with a really nice red 911 Turbo vert. Saw the top and figured it was a Boxster, then saw a nicer fascia and said, "Hmm a Boxster S? This could be fun!" We lined up and he let me get the jump and a few seconds later I saw why. A 911 Turbo! Needless to say I was a goner Nice car, he waved and took his exit. Hehe my wife was talking on the phone and was like "Are we racing?" I just laughed! I was getting progressivly more tired and was seeing trees in the middle of the road before we stopped at some hotel in KY. Picked up a 5/16" spacer from Tony@Motordyne on the way here been itching to install it. G maybe if youre not busy this weekend we can do both of ours? I got a month Is there a meet at Jenro's (?) on Sat? Id like to get out and about ASAP! You have a voicemail G. Okay end of too loooooong post!

 

Oh yea! How could I forget! Once I got here I had the most wonderful surprise! The UPS guy came and delivered my goodies! Amsoil plus a pre-paid oil analysis! Took it to the hobby shop at Scott Annex Now if I can only get my DLA worked out so I can get my S-Tune suspension!

 

Hey Bud, im free this weekend. i have MRev2 sitting in my garage for 2 weeks now and the mod bug is creeping up on me bad. I was wondering about the voicemail because i havent checked it yet. i had duty yesterday so i will be out and about today since we have a 4 day weekend. Ill give you a call today and we can meet up. I think Jenroes has something going on this saturday.

I live across from the Chesapeake Square Mall in Stonebridge Apts. By some miracle of luck there is a pretty okay (for an east coast anyway) Mexican place right across the street

 

Hahahaha I used to live there back in 1998 and my buddy lives there right now. I have been meaning to try that mexican place. Maybe I will take the wife there tonight.
