Default Very unique problem...

Ok, so yesterday I noticed a few ants on the hood of my car. Thought nothing of it...but then I walked around the car and found a swarm of them about 4" diameter all swarmed around a dead mosquito on my front bumper. Car was dirty anyway so I washed it and washed them all off. Figured it was an isolated event. Well, a few minutes ago I noticed them again...going after a few more bugs on my front bumper. It's impossible to not get bugs on your car around here in rainy season as mosquitos are EVERYWHERE.

At least they didn't get inside. When I had an Accord, I left a peppermint in the ashtray and ended up with a row of ants in my car.

I hate bugs that kill themselves on my front bumper. PPW is bad in this case.

I whipe down my front bumper every night. Takes me all of 1 min. to whipe down and dry, and is a great way to keep those bugs off the paint and in this case off the ants.

I just noticed it yesterday and today. I mean, when you think of the path an ant would have to take to get to your bumper. Up the tire, along the axle, along the underbody, over to the body, and up the bumper. That's a long *****ng way for an ant to find it's way.

I would flush the hell out of the bottom of your car. You could have run over a small animal and there could be some guts trapped under there.

Nothing under my car...don't seem to have the problem anymore...but it's been raining so no bugs have been able to hit my car. haha
Hopefully this was an isolated event!

You may wanna follow the ants and see if they have a nest somewhere in the car.
