oh WOW.... i guess i missed that one, i was thinking of one that was last aug i think, no on site dyno, but they gave away a couple of free dyno passes in raffles i think. i'm not sure who all the sponsors were, i actually found out by word or mouth, not on the forums, although i saw some stuff about it online afterwards....

Ok to settle things about the parking space issue here's a pic that's between Carmax and the Ferrari Dealership .... its long enough to fit 30+ cars ... we'll be fine.

Carmax on the left, Ferrari Dealership on the right ... it dead ends to 28 straight ahead.

I just contacted Sterling Nissan. The guy told us that their property is private ownd so they can't even move a car to give us one spot none the less high 20s. So nissan's parking spot is out of the question and not to mentin he said they have every space filled with a car.

I asked him about the Side road in the picture I attached, he said sherifs come check it out second by second because of the activity that the Ferrari dealer has put down and their high speed test drives. So they potroles it and we can't park. So I don't really know anymore and I'm sure if the Nissan can't
give us Space the Ferrari dealer is out of the question.

Let me call up the Ferrari dealer. I'll be back in 5min. I know they have a huge space in the back

Dude would you chill out ... why the hell would you already notify Nissan that we're going to meet up in their vicinity ... it's none of their business. It's not a big deal. Plus the guy you talked to is just b.s-ing . Stop f*ckin calling people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You didn't arrange this ... so stop trying to f*ck things up.

^^ What are you saying???????????? Also dude you can't just go and park in front of someone's business. You gotta be nice and keep their respect. you wanna give Z/G guys a bad name.

BTW I just talked to Ferrari and they said they will be more than happy to lend their back garage to us for about 15-30 minutes just so everyone gathers and then we can all leave. So Ferrari is good at 10:30AM on SAT. Go in from the back door instead of the FRONT.

It's not in front of their Business .... IT'S A SIDE STREET. I've tried to be civil with you, but you just don't know when to stop when you're not even remotely ahead. Stop hijacking this thread like you started it.

agreed, and also, THANKS for helping us get this all set up and confirmed... in this case, worst-case we had to do it somewhere else, but at least we don't all get ticketed/towed, etc.... kinda a shame that ferarri was cool with us, but nissan wasn't.... well, at least we have a meeting place!! maybe one or two of us could hang out on that side road to direct incoming Zs, too thanks again for taking the time and making the calls to get this set up!

Exactly ... this shouldn't even be an issue. But we don't need people calling all around to bring attention to ourselves.

It's just asking for a cop to show up and inspect everyone of our cars.

No problem brother. Because I've been to meets and all of the sudden you have to change spot and then there is no way of telling people so it becomes a crazy mess as people get lost. This way it's confirmed and it's a nice spot for some of our cars that are extremely well built and expensive. Also we'll get to watch some F430s get their OIL Change done, now that's a way to start up a nice Saturday morning.

Guys, I know both of the service advisors for Ferrari/Maserati. They have serviced both my Z and my Viper. I think we'll be ok at the Ferrari dealership because we're not going to hang out there for very long. We're meeting at 10:30, which means by 10:45/11:00, we're moving out. There are two rows, one up near the building, one closer to rte. 28. Let's just make it a point to use the spots in the row farthest from the building. If we fill that up, we'll overflow onto the road (which dead-ends at the entrance to the Ferrari parking lot, so it's not like we'll be inhibiting thru-traffic flow).

People who get there early can politely window shop and they'll be fine with it. The Ferrari guys are really cool...car guys at heart.

^^ Oh yeah, I've even at one point take my video camera there once when I was 15ish. You can do whatever you want. They'd be more than happy to see you with your camera as they love to see people acknowledge these sexy piece of machinery. As long as you don't become annoying and try to sit in them or touch them, you are golden to them.

And don't worry brother, You'll at one point will not only have enough for one but for a few actually. It'll come!
