To be more precise, they have a walled-off service 'yard' with a gate that is usually open during business hours. You will not actually be in the garage.

Shayan, did you get the name of the person you spoke with so that they can be referenced when cars start showing up? First person to show should go in and speak with the service desk to make them aware of the arrangement that you made, otherwise there is going to be some friction w/ the service folks.

^^ Correct, their gates is always open.

And I talked to a general manager. They have only one general manager. Forgot to get names but I made it clear to them that we are meeting up in their garage in the back.

I'm pretty sure this is the gate you're talking about ... I just so happened to be taking pic of my car last night.

btw... Kelly i started getting my Z serviced at the Ferrari dealership since getting the kit on and lowering it. a bit more expensive but definitely worth it. i just went in with everything... oil, filter and drain plug washer and they had it done pretty fast. awesome guys and nothing like what some might expect from a Ferrari dealership. anyway... that's my off-topic contribution. haha!

They really are cool guys. Any of the arrogance you might expect is totally non-existent. They're just cool car-guys. That's why, IMO, it's important not to burn any bridges with them. And I don't know about you, but every time my car has been there, they give everything a good once over while they've got the car up on the lift. It's not your typical Jiffy-Lube pump and push oil change. More OT....sorry.

Always a loaner F355, but you have a .000000002 mile distance limitation, which means if the car rocks backward when you sit down in it, you're over, and then you have to buy the car. .

Seriously though, they do routine maintenance only. Nothing heavy that would constitue maintenance activity. All work is done "while you wait".
