I like it somewhat. Toyota tried to keep the style almost the same as the originals, but added tooooo much plastic and ugly styling to it. i.e- lamp housings.
a jeep would of been a better offroader, but that's my .02

Well you came close! I looked at the FJ, H3, and the X and bought the Off Road model last month.
The FJ and I didn't fit, I just couldn't see enough of the world from the driver's seat to make me feel safe off road. I want the ability to see where the corners are and the Xterra wasn't good but the FJ was real bad. Around here the FJ's are selling for MSRP or more, the Xterra's were $6000-$8000 cheaper selling under invoice. There's not too many FJ's sitting on the lots so I would have had to taken a 4x2
or something in an ugly color 
the Nissan dealer found the proper color and drive train for me $1000 under invoice. I think you'll like the FJ better than the H2 to be sure.

Its already gotten like $15 dollars cheaper a tank for me. Its rediculous, how much of a difference a small amount per gallon makes, especially with big trucks.
