Default Is it me or .....

Does everyone hound our forum???? ... as far as I know when people post here they post for local members ... """I.f*ckin.E""" we don't give a **** about what you Cali guys think about your 600+ whp Z ... (this is directed at the appropriate people I have nothing against Cali people just douche bags) ... It seems the only entertainment coming out of this site is from us slow-folk ... we personally don't give a **** how fast your car is ... our Mid-A forum is all about having fun ... bragging rights are a far second ...

BTW: last time I checked KANSAS is in the South Central regional forum.

Yup-Cali guys come in here all the time and usually contribute nothing. In that other thread that was closed started by Jeffie-some douche comes in talking smack to me about a set-up he doesnt even have--really who fuking cares? Even if he had 700whp hes gonna run 12's because hes likely worthless. Some of these guys just like stirring things up for no apparent reason. Regional forums should need an access code so other douches cant enter this section of the boards!

The problem is most of the people coming in and posting from different regions are just seeing the title. They click on "new posts" and that shows everything. I have been guilty of posting in other regions because of that.

Regional posts should not show up in that search for new posts as it is just an invite for anyone to post in that thread.

Agree. There are some interesting threads in other regional forums (such as racing results) that have a wide appeal. I may reply with something positive, but never a my-car-is-faster-than-yours response. Terribly rude.

I visit/post in NoCal/SoCal forums to check out pictures, but that's usually it.

I remember Rickdogg stirring things up regarding West/East coast tuning philosophies and who's better....it was rather amusing. That thread got locked eventually.

everyone just thinks they're important and feel the need to give their "expert" opinion on any topic, regardless of region. However, I don't understand why people need to brag about HP ratings... not like having 10000000 HP can even get you anything or anywhere but a quick trip to the tire store.

That's my main point they CONTRIBUTE nothing ... it's one thing to be a douche in the "off topic" section ... but the regional sections for the most part are for exchanging worthwile information.

Yeah but unless you plan on changing the code frequently, you know the codes would get out and the same stuff would still happen. Maybe some kind of filter for your zip code. But then would people be so retarded as to change their zip code just to post in another regions section? Maybe once you register your account, you shouldn't be able to change it yourself. If they could filter who's allowed in what regional forum by their zip code, and in order to change your zip code, if you move of course, you had to go through a mod to do it, that would solve a lot problems. But then there's the old friends of the Mid-A who've moved away and like to stop by and say hi.... it's a never ending battle.

I would consider it flattering that other people from other regions come in to the midA to see what's going on.

Clearly they must think the MidA is the **** if there are always hounding it. Let them come. If they happen to be *******s then give them the treatment they deserve. I'm pretty sure the majority of people are just chekcing in on their fellow Z bretheren.

Exactly ... I didn't get chance to give my b/c they closed the thread.

I can't remember the last time a thread had to be closed in the Mid-A forum, but I can guarantee you it was because of an outside douche starting ****.
