Default My Final (maybe or maybe not... ;) WHP #'s

Alright guys here are the numbers Sharif got (both types of Dyno's):

https://my350z.com/forum/forced-induction/225680-bambam-s-update-the-boost-is-loose-at-forged-peformance-2.html

Suffice it to say, I need to get new tires now and will be looking at chassis and suspension upgrades to try to keep her straight..

Heck, based on Alberto's recent incident, I might have to look into some more driveline mods too.

I couldn't even begin to imagine ... I've gotten up to 110 or so but the wind deflector and aerodynamics of the car still do a pretty good job of keeping the wind out ... 160 would be nuts ...

LOL. I'm still curious if anyone's going to try and targa a Z or G. I think PumpedVA was trying to get this done, but the shop that was supposed to do the work never came through. This would have been the next best thing for the hardtop crowd...

Thanks for the good words guys. I can;t say I have stuck my hands out, but i have done about 166 with the top down. Pretty nuts, but took BOTH hands to keep her straight and avoiding other cars

I still have not driven her since the upgraded tuning, but I am sure it is CHITLOADS faster then it was before..

Going to upgrade the suspension next to help keep all that power on the road when I need it at speed.

Brent-what is your plan of attack on the suspension? Will be it handling or more drag/straight line oriented?

I think I am going for handling. I can adjust the camber/toe for straight line, but I think I am aiming for a coilover setup designed for handling.
I really think the 1/4 is too tough on a car and I want to try to keep mine together for as long as I can before replacing any more parts

I hear ya man, you dont like your Teins? Dragging at these levels is nasty rough on cars, I swear I only want 5 passes or less and I'm done

The Tein CS are too soft for me now. I started on the medium setting. Now I leave it on the hardest and it still does not feel right. I rode in Sharif's and the Flex are rough, but give you a better feel for the road. But I am not sure that is enough to handle the new power. SO, still looking at other options.

As for the track, if I were you, I would definitely limit the # of times you go and the # of hard runs. This much power is definitely going to break stuff. And both of us want to DRIVE our cars more and have less downtime, not to mention the money it costs to fix them

Did 138 with the top down once, with a VERY strong crosswind. What a thrill, definitely didn't have the guts to stick my hand out though.

Those other options are called Motons...

Not sure what I will do with them, but I think Mdracer (Mike) has first dibs. He takes care of my cars when I am not around town, so...

As for the Motons. They look pretty awesome, but sounds pricy as hell. The only options I see for the Z are their full out racing setups. $$$$ I am sure.
