I know some of you own the same rims so let me ask you a question. What's the lip of the of the WORK Meister S1 made out of? Is it real chrome or it's some other metal but with a polished lip? I got a curb rash yesterday. The shops told me that if it's made out of real chrome, not that many shops in the area can fix it. Do you guys recommend any shop to fix curb rash? Thanks in advance.

Those Ye Olde Wheel shop guys do a good job, but they are pain in the *** when it comes to estimates. You have to drive all the way to their shop, get an estimate, drive back put on your spare, drive to them again and drop of your wheel if you like their price. Also it takes quite a while. But their end work is awesome.

r u sure? I took a pic of my friends wheel n showed it to them and they gave me an estimate on the spot.
However, if it's a small/light curb rash, (nothing too deep), you can ask Juan@FunctionTuned to do it, he's great w/ forged aluminum wheels. Look at the ones on his car currently to see his work.
General Rule of Thumb, Yow charges roughly $150 for 19's, $125 for 18's, $100 for 17's and so forth. If they need to mount and balance your tires, it's an extra $25.
