I am looking to trade my factory black leather heated seats (absolutely perfect condition!) for a set of the "burnt orange" heated leather seats. I do not want to pay out the a$$ from the dealer. Anyone who is interested let me know what we can work out. Just a personal prefrence of mine and would like to see if there are any takers!! Should take us about a hour os so to swap, I have an electric Dewalt impact gun at the house it will be like a NASCAR pit stop.

Bump for this, Im a fan of the orange seats as well. BTW-it takes 3 minutes to pull 1 seat out of a Z, its 4 bolts, and some electrical connectors Good luck finding a trade.

It's probably a better bet to buy a leather kit and resurface your existing seats. The burnt orange is pretty popular...

 

He's right... The Burnt Orange seats usually sell for more then you can get them at the dealer. Used to be the dealer would not order new ones unless you had them stock already. They did not want people swapping. I am not sure if that holds true anymore, but they can be a hot commodity.

mmm..burnt orange seats...mmm. I remember somone did a Frost Leather seat swap with a black leather. It was kinda cool.

Good idea, plenty of people have totaled there Z's as we all can see on the forum. Next time I get out of work before 5pm I'll head to a few local spots anything is worth a try!! thanks for the suggestion too
