You insurance won't go up. If your car is vandalized it doesn't count against you (deductible should be a lot less also). I'm a fellow UMD alumni and know about all the douche bags that come out of that Wawa.

Having a witness is very key. Especially one that you do not know. Assuming you've already filed a police report. Get in contact with the district Attorney or whoever is in charge of the case. Press charges and make sure your witness will testify.

In order to get the douche to pay for the damage you'd probably have to take him to small claims court.

 

that sucks man, good thing you had a witness, I have parked my vette at that WaWa (assuming the one across from Cornerstone) many times, and mine is bright red with no incident... really sucks that some punk would do this.. just be patient and it should work out.

Its just rediculous that there are people out there that are this ignorant and stupid.

The idiots of College Park make me ashamed to say I have a degree from there.

 

Oh and I woud post pics but I think it would just depress me more, and since its a white car the dents are hard to see in the pic...eventhough they are huge

 

Just let the police and the insurance co. handle it and on a side note, get a couple of stout guidos and knee-cap the little punk with a bat... I know it won't help with what you're feeling now, but in the long run, it'll ease the pain.

 

I know it might be too late, but can you tell what kind of shoes did the damage?

5 years ago, my friend with KSwiss shoes did the same thing to a tow truck.

The cops busted him right away when they shined their flashlight on his shoes and the truck hood.
