If we can get all the Z's togehter I will pull my car out of the shop to show.
Someone needs to call for the real down low but this is how it's typically structured.
As far as I know now this is how it works....
We have 2 options Individuals or Vendor
1)We ALL need to register (unless they make us get a "booth")
2)We ALL need register under the same "team name" regardless. With the shear number of us as of now we would probably bring home "best team representation" trophy (if there is one) or something. Which would be kinda funny. Don't know what we'd do with it, but with just the number we'd have it would make it interesting.
3)Staging will be ahead of time and we ALL need to be together to roll in the venue. (with this number of cars they may need to change display areas around, so they will most likely request a "map"/layout from our "organizer". If need be I can try and get diplay wheels and other displays (Dave may want to display stuff as well) for our "booth". Which may also be formally requested by them. This means they may want us as a "vender" and booths I've seen as high as $10000 depending on the sq.ft. size. There is a contact number on their website I believe.
Most likely they will want a "booth" price for us unless someone knows an organizer or has really good friend. Otherwise we can be split up in groups (which is the most likely scenario for cost). But Im not sure how many they will allow together. And "rolling in" together is KEY.
The "UNKNOWN" Im kinda interested in, is if someone talks to them and makes them understand the quality of all the cars we're bringing. The Mid-A IMO has the highest number of high quality Z's compared to anywhere else. Yeah, there are other REALLY nice quality modded Z's in other areas, but I think some would agree that the number of them here is substantial and very diverse as far as style. The Quality of the cars is VERY important to them and they'd most likely make room if need be. But who knows, thats just and idea from experience having to register late and "walking in" on last minute notice (which some allow when they're not sold out).

I should get a response in a couple of days hopefully. I was somewhat delayed in em-mailing John to get contact info. Sorry about that, but we should still have plenty of time to get everything situated.
