These the same?
http://www.z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?m...ng&prodid=1314
Looks like this is sold as a pair.. so total cost of 170ish for parts.. then Ferrari of washington can align the car for about $100. and maybe 1 hour of install time... I fail to see the deal here?
EDIT... whao.. you charge 125 per side in parts... for a total of 250?

Ptuning SPC Camber kit price: $250
Z1Auto SPC Camber kit price: $180 (shipped)
Difference: $70?
4-Wheel alignment: $125
Camber Kit Install: (1hr job - $80)
Ptuning quote breakdown:
Install: $80
SPC Camber Kit: $250
Alignment: $125
Total = $455
Ferrari of Washington quote breakdown:
Install: $80
SPC Camber kit from Z1auto: $180
Alignment: $100
Total = $360
Similarities: Same in-ground alignment machine, same camber kit
Differances: Cost of Alignment, cost of SPC Camber Kit
Something is missing here

I agree their prices are a tad high on the rear camber arms. $200 is more reasonable and most people would pay it knowing they could get the item today instead of in a week.
So Ferrari of Washington only charges $80/hr for labor? Are you sure about that?
Something tells me that not any Joe Shmoe can call FoW and be like "Hi guys, I'd like to have your shop install some control arms on my poor 350z and while you're at it, toss it up on the alignment rack for me."

Calling Ferrari of Washington's service department now...
*edit*
Spoke with ***** at Ferrari of Washington's service department, normal labor rate is $127 per hour and $375 for the alignment...
Sounds like the best deal is to purchase the SPC arms for $180 shipped from Z1, then have P-Tuning install them and get your alignment done.

Wow.. my last alignment from FOW was less than 100. Maybe they like me? Are you sure they are not quoting you for corner balance as well?
I figured the 1 hour install time is even if I installed it myself. Hardest part here is reaming out where the toe bolt goes.

Did you guys forget about this : "Use a rotary file to elongate the OE toe slots"
From what I've read/heard the rear camber kit install is not trivial. I PMed MrC@ptuning (he can probably clarify). Rear Camber kit install is NOT going to be only $80.
He said I can get the SPC kit for $190 (not $250)
4 wheel alignment is $120
Install is $165
total $475 (tax included)
How is this not a good deal?

Have him price match the competition for the parts.. and again.. reaming the toe bolts is not difficult (and it is the hardest part), not 165 worth of labor if you ask me.
125 for alignment is a little pricey too IMHO.

I get my alignments for 20dollars =). It may not be inground but my car is not a ferrari and do not need that kinda machine. They have longer ramps to accomodate lower cars.
But Bump for great package deal. Remember you're paying for their service. They cant run a business by giving away free labor or parts. Everyone needs to make money especially for a facility at their caliber they need to charge people a little more then the average joe shmoe price

Seriously though, $10 difference in the camber kit and $20 more for an alignment is worth it if I can get it back the same day. Also, other than buying Alberto and Steve several rounds next time we're out, my springs install was free. So I'm not sweating $20-$30 difference.
