I recently had my 19" tires mounted and balanced by NTB in Lorton for $46 per tire. I didn't shop around, but they did a good job. I would bet that most NTB shops could mount them.

don't go cheap dude. And do not use Tires Plus in Annandale!!! when they had to leverage the old tire off the rim, they didn't use a buffer in between the rim lip and the metal bar. So go to a place you know has done big wheel mounting before, its worth the extra $10-20 per wheel.

Don't let Sears do it. I spent $157 on mount + balance with a nice scratch to match... this is on 20's mind you.

I'd recommend P-Tuning in Manassas.
