The Story of how I unFunction:TUNED myself... AGAIN! (Part II)
The Story: My front bumper is... Highly Custom Modified!
I was heading home for a lunch break and parked my car on top of my driveway. The driveway is mostly flat with perhaps a 5-7 degree incline. I figured it wouldnt take too long so I decided not to turn off the car and simply run in my house to grab some grub. Next thing you know, I heard this "KABAM!" My dogs ran around barking and I peeped outside my window to see my front bumper kissing a tree (this same tree has been hit numerous times by my friends rolling their cars into it by coincedence). I ran outside to finally notice that I had forgotten to pull up the e-brake like a ricer. The fender is slightly bent (hardly noticable) and is still fixable without the need of a paint job. The front bumper is fixable but I'm considering a new one. My windshield washer bottle is bent a little which is causing it to leak (but I never use it anyways).
Good News: The tree got what it deserved! 350z vs Tree = Tie
Conclusion:
1. unFunctionTUNING FTW!!!
2. no e-brake FTB

lol i've almost done that before. I'd get ready to get outta my car and wonder why all the trees were moving! wait, that wasn't the tree, it's me!
remote starting my car while it's in gear has almost had disastrous results too.

Dude... learn from the China Man's mistake! OUCH!!! I guess we're both going to the shop?
BTW, the JP Type N bumper might still be available. There was one left last Friday. Call up Rick at JP USA. I think he gave me a discount when he told me the price since I bought the Type A stuff with him. If you need that discount, let me know.. maybe we can use my name to order it.
PS: Oh yea.. let me try the Asian dealing method that you taught me. $100 shipped for the messed up bumper!

Ouch....looks like a tough call.
I did that with my Integra way back, except the car rolled into one of those thick green bushes. Big 5 foot bush. It was like a giant cushion.
I'd say replace it, but you need to find a bumper that flows with the rest of your kit. I showed you my ING's front, after it was cracked I threw the whole bumper away.
PS get rid of the washer tank now!
