it looks like either Canon EF 500mm F/4L IS USM or EF600mm F/4L IS USM to me..

i vote for EF 600mm..

 

this guy really gets around with a camera :-P

 

it's the 600mm.

On the 500mm, the area where the IS switch/focus mode/is mode is located is larger. There are a few other minor visual differences.
