va court ..100 on 65--- aug 16
md court ...52(lowered to 39) on 30 --- aug 27
just got my letter for not showing up to other court date 2 months ago yesterday on my 107 on a 55 in MD...if i dont pay it buy aug. 8 my license is suspended..but as planned i pre-pay the fine..and get a new court date...that way they know i will show up..if not they just take the money and give me my points
just take driving improvement classes and since its ur first time..u wont get it as hard..as for me...im hopin for a miracle

sorry to hear atleast im not in as bad shape as you but i think im going to go get a lawyer just to be safe and pay the 500 to get one....

just an update....my court date is on sept 6 so i will post an outcome so all who responded will know what happened....thanks for all the input
