Jon-Id do a 3.9FD, cuz the stock 3.5FD along with the 7500rpm redline = too long of gears for the NA powerband. Thats just as long as my 3.3FD with a 7000rpm redline and sometimes I think the gears are too long and you know the power I make. Do a 3.9FD and drag radials which I think you already have, and that will give you the opportunity for 12's easy. Id take a 12.9 sec NA Z over a 12.0 N20 Z anyday, unless you can have both

I have a delimena now and maybe you guys can help out. I want to mod my car a bit more and only thing available for the 07's I can think of now is a more aggressive final drive or nitrous oxide. Both should run me around 1k installed. What do you guys think is a smarter investment?

Theres drawbacks to each. Final drive being the higher rpm speeds on the highway which can be annoying. The nitrous a chance to blow the motor. Dont know if the timing can be changed on the 07's yet, so theres that drawback.
I'm in the same boat as you. I figure I'll suck it up and wait until someone makes some bolt-ons.

I will see what I can do to attent this event.
My schedule is pretty up in the air at that point due to a project going live.
I am sure it will be a good time though.

dude take advantage of the fact that you only have to shell out less than a hundred bones to joins us. I know you forked over a boat load for the MIR rental last year. Us roadster owners have to stick together . For the record I plan on NOT being stock engine-wise. Nothing big just a few breather mods. My goal is trapping 100 mph (w/slicks).

Karl-who's slicks are you using? I hope Nowell comes out and finally runs that thing, time to back up the stock block numbers where it counts. If he doesnt I know he has a set of slicks he'd likely let you borrow.

Todd-is your buddy with the trailer who lives nearby gonna be there? Or will you have access to the trailer?

I will have to check with him. I guess one thing i could do is, put some phone #'s together of local towing companies. Just in case someone breaks something. Our cars are pretty tough, i dont see anyone breaking anything

I will let you know

I planned on borrowing Todd's (after he breaks your bolt-on numbers ).
