At this point we are looking at $80 a piece. If we get more to sign up and pay, i will reinburse everyone the difference at the track.

Right now i need to have a total of around $800 to lock the track down.

Todd-did you ask if we could have a 10-30 minute window for those that want race gas? They did this at MIR for us, we had 30 minutes to fill up and they closed the station down.

 

Good question. Let me ask them when i give them the money to rent the track.

No clutch yet. The stock one only stuck once. Now that I launch the car around 3k I have yet to have a problem. Pulled 2.0 60's with the 19's on past weekend at capital. My final drive is here! Just waiting for the new diff cover and test pipes to arrive.

 

2. Are we handing out the slips? We had to cut and hand ou tthe slips at MIR, they didnt provide somebody to stand there all day and do it. Id expect the same here.

3. Did you factor the cost of the lights on into the price?

4. Are we handling the water box and lining people up? Same as above-we did this for ourselves at MIR, it was really nice for us to all take turns spraying water down for each other.


*No way to sneek this question in, and Im hoping they dont-but even though its a private track event, Im hoping they dont require me to have a cage after I run. But dont ask them, I'll have to find out when I get there...

5. On regular test and tune days at Cecil, they sell nitrous at the track. Any chance they'll be doing this at M/D on our track day?

 

I am still figuring out if my class schedule is going to allow me to participate in this, as soon as I know I will post up, when is the last possible date to pay the $80???

Well this is kinda tough to answer. The $80 is what it cost if there are 20 people that pay to run their car. If we only get 15 that pay then it will be more. I hope we get more people to pay and run to bring the price down. As it is right now, I need $800 total to rent the track. That is around half the price to reserve the day. I have to pay the rest the day we show up.
