i have another supra that wants to go to this event with me, ill be paying for his and mine since he does not have paypal...sorry taking so long to get your the dinero bro

I think we're good David. IIRC it costs $650 for one car to rent out the track for the allotted time we want. 10-20+ cars = $45 more for each car. Todd should be covered to rent the track now. To state the obvious: Anyone that plans to run their car will have to pay before their wheels even touch the track.

 

yeah, i'd prefer to pay the day of the event if it is possible.

 

I need the balance the day of the event. Today i went ahead sent the money from paypal to my bank account. It says it takes 3 to 4 days. Once it hits my account i will go ahead and rent the track.

Mason Dixon has my info and is holding the track for this event. I am fine with people paying at the track, if they show up and pay. If not, im going to be out a few dollars from my pocket

It does not work quite like this ( $45 For each additional )

Let me show everyone how it works again.

Here is the price break down.

4 hours is the minimum time at $650 for 1 car

2-10 cars would be $50 each car
11-30 cars would be $45 for each car
31-50 cars would be $40 for each additional car


If you go by the $45 for each additional car, then the first car is paying $650 to run. Thats me not too fair.

You take the $650 + how many people ( 11-30 $45 each ) then divide that number by the total number of people running.

$1100 for 10 cars would be $110 a piece
$1955 for 30 Cars would be $65 a piece
$2610 for 50 cars would be $52 a piece


So for it to come out to $45 a piece we would have to have 110 people sign up. The Grand total would be $5050

Cool. Here’s what I figure. You now have 14 promises. Of those half or 7 will show. That’s an additional $560. Total is $1,440.

 

Sorry it was late last night. I definitely didn't mean it that way. I meant everyone splits the $650 and add $45 for each additional. Sorry for the miscom.

We need to get more people to sign up. The money for the event is not coming in like i thought it would.
