Default caliper nightmare

Have any of you guys had to use a rebuild kit on a caliper? My right rear caliper is sticking, not releasing like normal, and is grinding. I noticed it before it did any damage to the rotor. I have brembo so its a lot for a caliper like 1300, but I'm hoping the rebuild kit will work. The same thing happend to my last car, actually the same caliper . I did the rebuild on that caliper and it worked no problem after that. So just wanted to check with the local people to see if you guys have had this problem.

I haven't heard of any issues, but things can happen. Boot could have torn and debris could have gotten in somewhere causing something to stick.

Never had the problem but rebuilding calipers is pretty easy.

Yeah, its to the point where I had to turn the rotors and new breaks, but yesterday when I pulled the calipers off I found that the inside pads were gone on both sides and the outside still had about 30-40% still on! SO I'm not sure. I turned the rotors, got new pads and I'm gona bleed the lines. I hope this will fix it. I'm wondering if wearing on the inside more so than the outside is characteristic of the brembo calipers?!?!?!?

negative, brembo brakes usually wear evenly.. or close.. i changed my own brake pads twice now. .. both times the inside and ouside pads wore out about the same..
