I would just tell him she is with me and I would appreciate if he went somewhere else... cause he is in the middle of our conversation. Then if he didn't leave (and tried to be a smart a$$) I would just ask him (quietly so the girl wont hear) if he is looking for trouble cause if he is we can take it outside... if he didn't leave I would just "accidentally" spill a drink/beer on him.. => beer works great - you just cover the bottle with your finger, turn it - and then point it at him and release a finger.
