who knows the area.?? lets meet say 9:00am and all roll in at the same time and clean the cars and be done by 10:00 am

yea 9am sounds good to me. If nobody knows the area I agree we should just meet outside the gate.

 

The weather looks to be great, the indoor area is sold out, the vendor midway is sold out, we are going to have lots of food and drinks, five live bands, two dj's and a bunch of the hottest cars in the Mid Atlantic Area. I know we have people coming from as far north as N.Y and as far south as GA......so it is going to be a good day for all. The greatest thing is that the Boys and Girls Clubs are going to get a huge donation due to this event which will help a lot of kids. See everyone this Saturday!

I know Manassas but not the Fairgrounds specifically. I think we could meet up at Bob Evans off 234 Business or we could meet up at the Sheetz in Gainesville(think it's about 5 minutes from the Fairgrounds). I have to go to my friend's house out there today an will scope it out...might just be able to meet at his house.

OK well My plans are around 830 to the fairgrounds. I dont mind being early.

I'll probably just see you at the gates but I'm just worried that they will be trying to rush funnel everyone in and there won't be a place at the front for us to wait for eachother.

 

I am sure you will be there before me? So scope it out find a place to meet and call me in the AM. There has to be a gas station around there.

 

If you go a mile or so past the fair grounds there is a pretty good size Citgo gas station there. We can meet there if you want? You also pass a 7-11 on the way but there parking might be smaller.

MEGA MEET Fall Show Sponsors

In the beginning, the Boys and Girls Clubs contacted the MAMM to help organize and advertise a car show for them. Even though we did not normally do this type of event, we are 100% pleased that we became involved because over $26,000 was raised to help support their goal of inspiring and enabling young people to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.
