Just had a Grande Carmel Frap with Whip Cream and extra caramel....its rated at 950 calories...only 6150 to go!!!

Whooo Hoooo!

Info from an article...from Duke University:
For most people, the average weight gain between Thanksgiving and New Years is five pounds, but that doesn't mean you should simply give up and let it happen. Terry Brownlee is the nutrition director at the Duke University Diet and Fitness Center. She says it might not be realistic to try to lose weight over the holidays, but there are ways to avoid gaining weight.

HERE IS ONE WAY THAT HAS WORKED FOR ME....
I have found that if my car slides sideways going around a corner...my heart rate is well over 145 ....so if I can find a road 30 minutes long...its like running over 6 miles....LOL

I crack me up!

I am Ready to try some TurDucken... I had a decent breakfast, (probably 750 - 1000 of my allotted 7,000 calories).

Looking forward to a good meal with Family and friends. I hope everyone else is also.

Peace and safe shopping for tomorrow.
