Default Good deal on new '08 350z touring 6MT

I received two OTD prices from Sheehy Nissan Manassas:

1. This Z 6MT he mentioned is a Daytona blue which was discontinued in 08. Either this is a 07 Z or its the San Marino blue. I sent him an email for confirmation. Here's the options on it:

Floor mats
aero package
Aluminum kick plate
trunk mat
cargo package
side air bags

OTD price quote: $32,145

2. 08 Black 6MT options:

Floor mats
splash guards
Aluminum kick plate
trunk mat
cargo package
side air bags

OTD price quote: $33,377

What do you guys think? What's the going OTD price for new touring 6MT Zs in this area?

Whatever you do, don't let em sucker ya into buying those stupid lil "options" like aluminum kick plates and crap because you can get them from forum members for like 20 bucks. If anything, I'd get the "Enthusiast" model. All of the options they have in the higher packages can be upgraded later on.

If you want a great deal w/o having to haggle w/ salesmen. E-mail 20 or so dealers around your area the price you WANT to pay OTD and see which ones are willing to give you that price. Don't let them talk you into "going there to check it out" so they can sucker you into more deals. Just tell em, "This is what I want to pay, can you do it? If so, I'm going to buy right now, if not, I've already sent requests to 19 other locations." So when you do get a set price, call around again and try to get it even cheaper! "This guy told me X price, can you do better? If so, i'll come right now!"

If that OTD price includes tax, dealer prep, freight chrg.tags etc;?then you are good. But wait until the actual paperwork is drawn up.I never take a car dealer on his word they will tell you what you want to hear just to get you in the door.Anyway good luck

So far I've emailed 4 local nissan dealerships in Fairfax county. I'll continue to email others which are located in Prince william and loundon counties.

I would like to get the tourning model because of the leather seats and VDC.

What did you guys pay(OTD price) for your Z? Please mention which trim model it is and associated options.

Which Nissan dealership is willing to bargin better than others?

Thanks for the advice!

does it have to be a 08? if not i have a buddy of mine, he owns 3 dealerships he has a 06 and a 04 with less then 30000 i can prob pull some strings and get you a deal on them. I brought my 03 touring in 06 it had 35 on it and i got it for 16 OTD. I didn't have to reach in my pocket for a penny.

Try Herb Gordon Nissan, I got a ridiculous deal on my brand new 06. Like Abui was saying contact every dealer and if someone bites on your price contact more dealers with lower price until you find your absolute low that they will go and if you're comfortable go for it if not keep banging down the price

If you wanted leather seats, people sell them on here for an awesome price. Much better than paying the extra wha.. 4k for some leather for the higher package? I actually have a set of burnt orange leather seats I'm getting rid of for cheap if all you wanted was the leather + VDC (which could be had from purchasing an Enthusiast model)

Agree 100%. No VIN. No MSRP. No price. No contract.

Simply unbelievable. no trade or anything? The dealership basically paid you to buy their car?

Save yourself time and money..buy a used one then pimp it out with your left over money...If I had been smart I should of bought a used G, then added my touch..with a HUGE carpayment..mods are far and few inbetween.

plus mods are slim for the 2008...you will have to wait a year to get goodies...mean time the 2003 will blow your doors off....with mods.
