NO2 bottle = very very bad, depends on what his sgt would tell him your car might have been taken...
Warnings? like written warnings? What a douche, no one does that.
The fix-it for the muffler is ********, pay it and forget about it.
As far as speeding is concerned, troopers do not need radar, he could have been following you, there could have been white lines, or he could have pulled that figure out of his ***. Either way, sports car + sound = speeding, it always has and always will.
Go to court, fight the speeding ticket, it will probably be dropped down to a 3111-A (failure to obey a posted traffic sign, which has no points attached) the warnings are B.S. and tell whoever you talk to down there that it will cost too much for you to do anything with your exhaust and that it passed inspection (since it did (i hope) they can't really make you fix it if its legal).

Not to sound like one of those dicks, I know you get popped for doing things that everyone does sometimes, but you didnt get pulled over for trying not to get rear ended lol. Obviously you have to punch it sometimes to merge onto a highway, but they will be dicks. BTW.... dont think hes a girl....
