Default Suggestions for AudioShop for Install

Hey guys. Tried using search but could not find much. I am going to be looking to getting a system installed, nothing crazy, just speakers and an amp. Maybe a sub later down the road. Here is the thread with my set up.

https://my350z.com/forum/audio-and-video/307733-setup-question-comments-suggestions.html

Can anyone reccomend a shop in the DC/VA/MD area? Also, could I get a ballpark on pricing? I was told by one person that for 4 speakers and an amp, it is close to $100-$200 for an install if the speakers, etc are already purchased. If anyone could confirm and reccomend a place, I would appreciate it. Thanks

Though they didn't do my install, they tuned my amps and did several other minor tweaks to my install. If I had to do it again, I would have went to Fresh Designs in the first place.

+1 million for Art at Car Toyz - you don't need to think about going to any other place.

We get an average of 3 threads per week asking where to go for a certain service. Then fan boys just jump in every single of those threads and give in their thought-less advertising.

I premounted everything on the board, so I could just drop it in, wire the power and grounds, and be good to go.

I mounted em upside down before hand haha... THE most pissed I have ever, EVER been, hands down. Since everything was already drilled (wire and rca holes and such...) if I would have unmounted them and flipped, none of the holes would have been right, and if I drilled more, my amp rack would look like swiss cheese

The only thing that upsets me really is the cap being upside down, it's hard to read my voltage haha

thats before putting it in my car...

You really think you know it all but in reality you don't know the first thing about me, my car, my $ so stfu. I have bit my tongue long enough, grow up and get a life. my350z.com is not the world
First of all, where does Arthur come in to any of this? Why even bring his name up? Again, trying to plug the place... I have nothing against Car Toyz 2, it's an awesome place, and I would gladly take my car there, for something I'm not willing to do, or capable of doing myself. I see no point in paying somebody to do work I can do myself. That is half the fun of owning the car, working on it myself Again, try it sometime, once you start doing little things, you will be able to tackle bigger and better things, and save your hard earned money on more mods, or gas haha.

Secondly, I don't think I know everything. It's impossible to know Everything! I wish I did though, I could be rich! I could only wish though, I don't make much right now

Third
You claim my350z isn't the world, of course not, it's crazy to think it is! Yet, you post so much that you are tired of the place and say you're "through" and things along those lines, but yet you always come back! It seems you love the forum too!

Do I even have to start on the "I'm gonna try to make everybody think I am selling my car because its gonna be the ohhh soooo coolest car ever when I'm done with it, I'm gonna win HIN! But I want them all to be surprised!"

....We don't care (we meaning I of course, I can't speak for anybody else )

I'm changing my oil this weekend. I'm sure CT2 can do that for me as well. But I'd rather save that $50 of labor and $25 of gas to get up there. You're welcome to come and learn a thing or two if you'd like

I'm doing mine this weekend Ethan, I have a lift, so we can knock both of them out quickly! It'll save you some money!

Bryce:
Why are you so upset man? You should calm down man, it's really not that big of a deal, like you said "it's not the world, its just a forum", but you're getting so upset! Take your own advice man, its not worth getting this angry over. There must be something else to it?

On a real note though, how can you say the amp rack looks bad? I would put money down, that you would never have noticed it without Umar mentioning it. See what you did Umar!!! (I keed I keed!) The way I see it, if you're looking at the rack from the hatch, its right side up haha!

I do agree with you 100 percent on the people being great here. I love it! Soooo much better than the Vette people around here (no offense to the Vette guys here), but when I was 18, and hanging out with 40 year old guys, I felt weird haha. I enjoy the Z scene, for instance the meet the other night, it was a bunch of us hanging around and talking cars, I loved it man, thats what its all about!

BTW, you're really setting the example of how awesome the forum is, by calling me a stupid fu*k, and ethan stupid as well, not cool! It's good that I'm an easy going guy man, that could offend some people, me, not so much. Discipline is a good thing to have!

Ethan, sorry but you know many of your comments border smart a$$ but I have no problem with you. Eric, I knew it was upside down when you posted pics but I wasn't going to be an a-hole and say anything. I am done with the beef sorry for blowing up just tired of the comments. see you on Saturday and no hard feelings

Thanks man, it turned out pretty good. I was skeptical at first, but I just caught on and rode the wave. I loved it! My hands are cut up beyond belief, but thats the price I pay. When are we gonna put yours in man?!?!

I'm glad I got it put in. I'm leaving for Mississippi for 2.5 months sometime soon (possibly 20 Feb, if not, late April) and without a decent system, I wouldn't have been able to make the drive!

You're allowed to call people stupid f*ck on my350z.com? If I do that on G35driver.com, I'd get banned right away.
